If you’re coming to Bansko for skiing or snowboarding and want to know how lessons, rentals, and passes work — this guide from 360 Ski Bansko covers the four most common questions asked by visitors.
There’s no need to travel with heavy equipment.
360 Ski Bansko offers full ski and snowboard rental right in front of the Gondola, only 20 meters from the parking entrance.
The shop holds over 350 pairs of skis, snowboards, and boots in multiple categories.
Wear warm, waterproof clothing and bring gloves, goggles, and a lift pass and a big smile.
If you don’t own a helmet or poles, you can rent them on-site.
Your instructor will explain safety basics and help you adjust your equipment before the first run.
Lift passes are not included in the price of lessons or rentals.
They can be purchased at the main Gondola station, right next to the 360 shop.
Beginners may not need a full pass for the first day — instructors will advise based on your training area.
360 offers flexible rebooking options.
If you need to change your lesson date or time, contact the team as early as possible.
Cancellations and refunds follow the policy provided during booking.
